My lovely client are looking for an accounts assistant.
You will need to have your own transport due to the location - you cannot reach them via public transport.
Full time - permanent 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday mornings (subject to company requirements)
25 days per year (excluding Bank Holidays)
To work as part of the Sales Ledger Team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate Accounting function and providing high levels of customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To receive and process invoices and delivery notes.
- To reconcile stock levels.
- Process payments received from drivers and customers.
- Process payments received by post promptly.
- To answer telephone enquiries and assist the team in providing customer service
- Any other duties as required by Supervisor.
- No previous Accounts experience necessary as full training is provided.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail.
- High levels of self-motivation.
- High levels of Numeracy and Literacy.
