Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

Our wonderful client, based just outside Wymondham, is the largest wholesaler of parts and spares for ATV / UTVs in the UK.

They are seeking a Customer Service Administrator/Advisor to join their amazing team

Duties will include:

  • Taking incoming calls from existing customers
  • Processing orders and updating the CRM system
  • Developing relationships with clients and upselling where possible
  • Dealing with Warranty issues and Technical Support (training given)
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Liaising with warehouse/dispatch etc.
  • Attending trade shows etc when this is possible
  • Ad hoc admin and support

Monday to Friday only, salary DOE

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience (preferably in a B2B environment), be computer literate and be prepared to muck in with deliveries etc when required.

Previous experience in the automotive or other relevant sector would be an advantage
