Customer Service/Sales Administrator

Job Description

Our client, based in Wymondham, is the largest supplier of spares for ATV’s/Quad Bikes in the country.

They are seeking someone to join their Customer Service/Sales team.

Duties will include:

  • Taking incoming calls from existing customers and new enquiries
  • Sourcing correct parts and advising on technical and warranty issues
  • Updating and maintaining customer records on CRM system
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Liaising with warehouse staff
  • Proactively following up sales enquiries
  • Attending Trade Shows where applicable
  • Ad Hoc administration

This is a varied role and requires a flexible approach. Training will be given but some previous experience or knowledge of Motor/Bike sector would be an advantage.

Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
