Insurance Administrator/Customer Service Adviser

Job Description

Our client based in Norwich are expanding and are looking for an Insurance administrator/customer service person to join their small and friendly team, dealing with the Sports and Leisure sector.

Working in the office of an established insurance broker.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Salary DOE £20K - £23K p.a.

The Job Role:

To provide administrative and other support to the department dealing with commercial lines insurance.

  • Ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues at all levels of seniority.
  • Liaise effectively with other internal departments and external insurers.
  • Confidence to deal with difficult situations and to know when appropriate, seek guidance from managers.
  • Good team working skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Desire to gain full understanding of products and processes and complete CPD (continuous professional Development)
  • To be highly organised and professional at all times
