Legal Assistant/Administrator

Job Description

Our client is a well established and respected law firm based in Lowestoft.

They are seeking an Administrator/Legal Assistant to join their team and work within the Private Client department.

Duties will include:

  • General day to day Admin for the department
  • Typing up letters/reports from dictation
  • Diary Management
  • Taking and dealing with phone calls
  • File set up and management
  • Allocating funds to correct accounts
  • Supporting other departments
  • Arranging and supporting meetings
  • Dealing with clients
  • Ad hoc admin and other duties (marketing, events etc)

Previous experience in a legal environment would be helpful but not essential.

Good typing skills are essential.
