Lettings Administrator

Job Description

My lovely client based in Norwich are looking for a lettings/admin person on a temp to perm basis

£16,500 p.a.

Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

Occasional Saturdays 9.30am - 12.00pm

You MUST be able to drive and have your own transport

Key responsibilities

  1. Inspect properties as necessary to ensure they are being maintained and looked after
  2. Organise any remedial action with tenants, coordinate repair work with admin staff
  3. Resolve serious problems with tenants, organise evictions where necessary
  4. Support Accounts Admin process payments, prepare statements and reports
  5. Support with any customer queries and diary bookings
  6. Answer phone calls, emails and deal with customers in accordance with agreed procedures to agreed standards
