Sales/Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

Our client are looking for a Sales/Customer Service administrator

Outskirts of Wymondham, Norfolk

£18,000 p.a. - £20,000 p.a. depending on skills and experience

Full-time - Monday to Friday

Our client are the largest wholesaler of after-market Utility parts for ATV / UTVs in the UK, supplying more than 20,000 parts across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

The role is very diverse but the main duties are:-

Taking phone orders and handling phone sales enquiries
Dealing with technical support and warranty issues
Setting up new dealer accounts
Attending shows when required

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service / sales background and be computer literate.

The salary will be competitive and dependant on experience.
